Schweitzer has been awarded the construction management contract for the restaurant renovation at Umami Ramen’s new location in Battle Creek, MI. This project included renovation of an approximately 3000 S.F. building as well as site work. The existing building, which was a restaurant, will be renovated with new interior finishes and layout. The existing exterior patio is to be repurposed and extended into an outside dining patio and gathering space.
The project will include demolition, revision of existing interior and extensive kitchen equipment install coordination.
