The Davis Oil C-Store project was two-phased. The project first consisted of removing the existing C-Store, gas pumps and a neighboring house to the west. After demolition was completed the site was then regraded to the architectural specification. During phase two a new 3700 square feet C-Store was built along with the installation of three new gas pump islands.
Schweitzer’s scope of work included Construction Management services, in a Design Build capacity, General Trades, our Steel and Painting Division. General Trades work consisted of rough carpentry, woodwork, installation of doors, frames and door hardware, installation of bathroom accessories, decorative metal siding and finish carpentry. Schweitzer’s Steel Division provided miscellaneous metal work that included the installation of dumpster gates, bollards, and all roof curbs for MEP equipment.
