This Biggby is one of the first drive thru Biggby modular buildings to be installed. The 349 S.F. building sits on a 21,000 S.F. lot., the majority of which is dedicated to the drive-thru, parking lot for the walk-up window and patio seating. This may have been a smaller building project but brought unique challenges due to the modular design and
location.
