Schweitzer was founded in 1962 as a company performing maintenance projects in the automotive and food manufacturing industries. We have performed hundreds of thousands of maintenance projects ranging from repairing door hardware to constructing and equipping their new facilities. We have negotiated master maintenance contracts with many of our industrial clients that streamline the purchase order and invoicing processes as well as provides for a lower fee based upon the projected annual volume of work as opposed to a fee based upon smaller individual projects.
